All registered patients have been allocated & informed of their named GP who is responsible for patient's overall care at the practice.
All new patients who register with the practice should be allocated their named accountable GP within 21 days of registration.
Any patient who does not want a named accountable GP should contact the surgery and speak to the Practice Manager for further information.
