Patients are welcome to register with the surgery if they live in the catchment area below;

To register, please use the online self-registration link below or download the registration form and bring to the surgery. Please note our practice boundary includes part of the following postcodes; B6, B18, B19 and B20.

Patient’s relatives and friends from overseas are welcome at the practice should they fall ill during their visit. Please contact reception for more information including fees.
We expect the same courtesy and respect that you expect from us and we would like to draw your attention to our zero tolerance policy which can be found on the policies tab above.
