We welcome your comments on the services provided at Lozells Medical Practice, good or bad to help us review our policies.

Our practice manager will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have about the practice.

If, after speaking to the practice manager, you are still unhappy then please put your concerns in writing and address them to the practice manager.

You will then receive a written acknowledgment within 3 working days and will be invited to make a formal appointment to see the practice manager to take things further.

You will be notified of the results of the final investigation within 2 weeks. Should you continue to be dissatisfied then you will be advised on how to pursue your concerns further.

Should you be dissatisfied with the result of our investigation, you should contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0121 255 0707 who may be able to resolve any issues.
